The vehicle is as per itinerary and not on disposal. Additional sightseeing or transfer which are not mentioned in the itinerary is payable to the driver directly.

Please Note:- Toyota has stopped making normal Innova Since 2016 . Normal Innova will be 8-9 years old. We strongly suggest booking the New Model Innova Crysta for a Smooth Tour experience.

PLEASE NOTE :- that parking charges in Nainital are ₹500 per parking. The first parking will be provided complimentary by us. From the second parking onwards, a charge of ₹500 per parking will be applicable and is to be paid directly by the client.

Payment

* To secure your reservation, you need to make 50% of the total invoice amount as an advance, and the remaining balance should be paid 30 days before the date of arrival.
* If the payment is not received by the due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled.
* For 4* and 5* properties, the full booking amount should be transferred before confirmations.
* Cancellation will be strictly followed as per the hotel policies.

If the cancellation is made 30 days or more before the check in date 100% Refund. (Bank transaction and Convenience fee will be applicable)

If cancellation is made within 15-29 days of check in then 50% of total booking.

In cancellation is made under 15 days of check in. No refund

Group booking cancellation will be checked at the time of booking confirmation.

 The change of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made to the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.

In case of non-availability of room in a given hotel then a similar category hotel will be provided.

Generally, hotels check in time 14:00 hrs. and check out time 11:00 Hrs. Early Check in or late check out will be chargeable as per hotel policies. If early Check in or Late Check out not included in Package. 

Meals are served in the hotel as per their set menu basis. If you ordered something special it will charge extra as per hotel policy on a direct basis.  

For extra beds on double sharing rooms many hotels have rollaway beds while rest of the hotels provide extra mattresses which are available in the hotel. 

Hot water facilities are also limited in some hotels. If there is an electricity problem then the hotel will provide hot water with a bucket. 

A/C will not work on hill areas, stopped/ parked vehicles. Hills started from Dehradun/Rishikesh. A/C will not work from these points. 

Tolls and parking will be paid once for the same place and after that it will be paid by you. 

Pickup & drop point is one only. If multiple pickups and drops are required then it will be chargeable and should be informed in advance. 

Vehicles will not run after 9:00 pm at night due to safety purposes or as per guideline by the government authority. On the hill music is not allowed due to the risk of life.  

The maximum time to drive is 12 hrs. in a day.    

Tour destination / route cannot change without prior notice (Amended route and tour Destination rates may be change)

Vehicles will not drive in No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jams.

Vehicles will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits or which is mentioned in the itinerary. 

Sightseeing will be allowed only in city limits. Off route sightseeing or beyond city limits will be informed in advance and it will be chargeable.  

Refund is not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered.

If a vehicle breaks down due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time, vehicles will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.

Company will not be responsible for any delay or alterations or any expense incurred due to natural Hazards, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closure/ block due to political unrest or any such incidents.  

1) Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. Booking will be made on base room category.
2) The booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on availability of hotels mentioned.

3) Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and checkout time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon.

4) For Any Natural calamities. We will not be liable for the same.

5) No accommodation, meal or cost of transport would be paid or reimbursed or compensated. All buffet meals or Room Service will be provided as per hotel policy.

6) Vehicle rates depend on fuel rates, if fuel rates are high then rates can be changed without any notice.

7)It is presumed that the tourist must have to be medically fit to undertake this yatra. If you have a certain kind of allergy (especially for food) or any serious health issues kindly consult with your doctor. If advisable by a doctor then only travel and travel with all your consulted medicine according to tour days.

8) Drivers will not drive on No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jams. Normal working hours of a driver is 12 hrs. In case you want services more than 12 hours in a day kindly inform us in advance.

09) No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, road blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.

10) Company Hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdictions or country other than India Company considers itself and intends to the jurisdictions only of the court of Haridwar Uttarakhand India.

Auli: - Auli will be visited by Rope way at your own cost on direct basis and paid by client.   

12) The vehicle is not in the hills.

13) Vehicles will not run at night after 9:00 PM and traffic rules will be followed.

14) Vehicle rates valid only for city hotels. If the hotel is far from the city, then charges are applicable.

15) If parking is not available in a nearby hotel or any place then it will be parked where available. In that case you may be walked for some distance as per condition.
